//PROJECT OVERVIEW
Why are we doing this?
NoBroker has a subscription plan for people who are looking out to buy properties. But it was observed that our buyer plan customers were engaging with the app but weren’t converting as much as expected. On observing the user flows we saw that out users kept getting lost in search for information because it isn’t optimized for their distinct journey.

//PROBLEM STATEMENT
What are we designing?
To address this, a separate “Buyers Only” app was conceptualized to give these users a focused experience and drive paid user growth and retention. We needed an app that understands their momentum and gets them closer to closing, not just browsing.

//COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
Knowing your competitors
Knowing our competitors is the best way to start and self evaluate what we are lacking, So I dug right away, for this picked MagicBricks, 99acres & Housing.com
After thoroughly reviewing the 3 major competitors in the market, i created a list of parameters that might be useful for us and compared them side by side:

//USER RESEARCH
Understanding User's Queries
So with the help of Product Manager working in this project, i was able to make a list of questions and things that our buyers are looking for in the app or want to see in app
//This exercise helped me narrow down what all information we should be showing and what should be their hierarchy and pin point CTAs that are important to users.
Following were the data we prepared based on user interviews & drafted initial flows for our new experience

//IDEATE
Information Architecture
The user flow starts with a login screens followed by onboarding flow, and after collecting the onboarding data user lands on the NB Buyer Plan home page. Following is the flow

//IMPACT METRICS
What impact was seen?
For Launch phase, we started with rolling it out to our already existing customers and took some initial feedbacks
// We saw that the new flow kept the people more engaged throught out the time, and the actions were straightforward and easy to understand.
After few more days of internal testing the app was launched, all the existing customers with the older plan were informed via their RMs and were upgraded to this new plan for free. And the data was observed over a period of 3 months. The final results were as follwos
